I have worked in the cosmetic surgery industry, with some of the countries' top surgeons, for the past 5 years. I have been based in London, in the famous Harley street area, my role was to answer all enquires and from there to arrange consultations with our surgeons. Once my patient came in, I would meet and greet them and go through all information before introducing them to their chosen surgeon. After this I would go through all the surgeon has said to them and give them the price for their desired procedure.

I was the point of contact through their whole journey up until around a year post surgery, this is usually when the last check up is done, although many returned to me for more cosmetic surgery as they were so happy with their results.

From this experience I have gained a huge amount of knowledge about every procedure available. I have dealt with a lot of different enquiries from potential patients, so there is nothing I haven't heard! I can give you advice on surgeons around the country and also guide prices for different procedures. As well as general information about each procedure, recovery times, dos and don'ts and how to choose your surgeon, this is very important.
